About Phee

With over 15 years in London’s property services sector, Phee has built her career on both the operational and strategic sides of the industry. She has held a leadership role at a PBSA REIT backed by the LSE and UCL, and led strategy at an independent property company specialising in residential leasing, before founding Hugs Property Services to bring that same rigour and care to landlords, agents and operators across the capital.
Today, Phee leads a team that specialises in PBSA, co-living, BTR and PRS, combining detailed operational reporting with real industry expertise, whether that means mobilising a brand new asset, stabilising a struggling one, or simply making sure every check-in, interim and check-out report is accurate and on time.
Off duty, Phee is usually either running or looking after her family. She has completed two marathons and 40 parkruns (and counting), and is a committed animal lover and vegan. At home, she is kept busy by her husband Marky and rescue dog Maisie.
It is the same thread running through everything Hugs does: precision, consistency and genuine care, for the properties we manage and the people who live in them.
