Hugs Property Services, and Phee in particular was thorough, professional and made moving into a new property such a pleasant experience. She was even able to show me a couple of things about my new home that I had yet to understand, ie, how to turn on some of the radiators. She comes with a wealth of knowledge about both tenant and landlord rights and laws, and makes sure there is full transparency when doing her visits. A wonderful experience and happy to recommend to anyone who is moving.
